Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation by email.
After approval, customers are responsible for returning the items themselves. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item after approval.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions as stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
