Delivery Timelines

While each item is created on-demand, efficiency remains a priority.

  • Standard Delivery: Most of our products are delivered within 5 business days.

  • Note: Please understand that this is an estimate and not a hard guarantee. Depending on your location and the complexity of the craft, delivery times may vary slightly.

International Orders (Non-EU)

We ship our archival pieces worldwide, but please be aware of the following regarding international taxes and duties:

Orders Outside the European Union For all orders placed outside the European Union (with the exception of specific DDP regions mentioned below), customers are responsible for the payment of local VAT, import duties, and any related customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid upon arrival to release your package.

United Kingdom & Canada (DDP Option) To provide a more seamless experience for our patrons in the United Kingdom and Canada, we offer a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option at checkout.

  • By selecting the DDP shipping method, all applicable taxes and duties are calculated and paid upfront.

  • This ensures your order arrives directly at your door with no additional fees or customs delays.
